Local deliveries of larger pieces of furniture or artworks are arranged using fenton&fenton’s own delivery service or through an independent contractor. Delivery fees are quoted at time of purchase.

Shipping within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use Australia Post (registered) or TNT Express for smaller items. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier. Please note that orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch from fenton&fenton, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.


We are currently working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than Australia and find something you must have in our store, please contact us via email at to discuss shipping options and availability.

Larger items, particularly fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs, but soft furnishings, rugs and smaller items should not pose a problem.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please advise us in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased, including the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

When sending returned items to fenton&fenton we advise you use registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange fenton&fenton reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a faulty or incorrect item, you may exchange it within 10 days of purchase. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to fenton&fenton for exchange must be intact and in saleable condition.


Very occasionally we may extend a promotion or sale to our customers. Sale prices are strictly applicable to new orders & new invoices only, between the advertised sale dates. Sales will always exclude existing pre-orders and purchases.  



If you are choosing click & collect at the checkout, please wait for fenton&fenton to contact you for with all collection details. In most cases this will be on the day of the purchase or the day after. If your purchase falls over the weekend please be aware that the item may not be ready for collection until the Monday. However, in all cases please wait for confirm from fenton&fenton.
