Local Shipping

Local deliveries of larger pieces of furniture or artworks are arranged using Fenton & Fenton’s own delivery service or through an independent contractor. Delivery fees are quoted at the time of purchase.

We use Australia Post (registered) or TNT Express for smaller items. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch from fenton & fenton, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We are currently working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than Australia and find something you must have in our store, please contact us via email at to discuss shipping options and availability. 

Larger items, particularly fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs, but soft furnishings, rugs and smaller items should not pose a problem.
