Christmas Cut-Off
& Covid Delays

Before we get to the sparkle that is the festive season, it’s important that you
know there may be delivery delays due to COVID. You will of course receive email notifications to let you know how your delivery is tracking.

For the 2021 season finale, we wish every Fenton & Fenton customer the gift of hope and togetherness. We know that gift-giving in the spirit of a simple thank you, I love you … or, it’s nice to finally hug you, is part and parcel of the jolly season and what has been (let’s face it) a really weird year.

So that you get your order in time, make sure to note the following cut-off dates.

Local Shipping

Local deliveries of larger pieces of furniture or artworks are arranged using Fenton & Fenton’s own delivery service or through an independent contractor. Delivery fees are quoted at the time of purchase.

Shipping within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use Australia Post (registered) or TNT Express for smaller items. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier.

Please note that orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day. If you have not received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch from fenton & fenton, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We are currently working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than Australia and find something you must have in our store, please contact us via email at to discuss shipping options and availability. 

Larger items, particularly fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs, but soft furnishings, rugs and smaller items should not pose a problem.
