About the Role

The eCommerce Coordinator will be tasked with managing the operational requirements of the fenton & fenton website, product uploads, SEO and copy along with web content, home page and product page responsibilities and implementing other exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage products for the website, including SEO work, image editing and merchandising (shopify)

- Updating the homepage regularly with new imagery, current campaigns and relevant content and products.

- Run a range of eCommerce campaigns including; exhibitions, lifestyle content and sales

- Develop and maintain content across multiple websites, from landing pages, blogs and evergreen assets

- Maintain image library for products and lifestyle photography

- Assist with product photoshoots

- Create and maintain processes and manuals relating to all eCommerce channels

- SEO research & development; and keyword implementation

- Assist with updating other platforms, including Algolia, Klaviyo, Google Analytics and many more

- Assist with our ESP and generating increased value from the platform

- Create and maintain automations to help improve workflow processes across the business

- Create EDMs for a range of campaigns and email automations.

Your skills, experience and attitude

- You want to grow within the eCommerce industry in a retail based environment, and work with a reputable brand across web content, digital marketing and eCommerce.

- Likely 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, in an eCommerce retail environment

- Ability of, or able to learn Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, ads manager, Adwords and other Google suite programs.

- Understanding of SEO, content management systems and basic web designs Experience with email marketing using Klaviyo or similar platform

- Energy, initiative and a sense of urgency

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, act quickly and decisive

- Experience/aptitude with Photoshop basics for image editing is essential.
