Returns and exchanges

At Fenton & Fenton, we strive to bring colour and personality into your home with unique pieces, however if your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to help.

Change of mind

For pieces returned within 14 days of purchase and in saleable condition and/or in the original packaging, we will gladly offer a credit note. Our credit notes are valid in-store and online.

To initiate an exchange, contact us on 1800 433 686 or within the 14-day return period. It is at the customer's expense to return the piece either to the store or warehouse as instructed by our Customer Care team and the customer will be liable until the goods arrive safely.

If you have had a change of mind on a pre-order, please contact us within 10 days of placing the order and we will provide a credit note to the value of the deposit.

Unfortunately we are unable to honour returns for change of mind on international orders, commisioned items, artworks or gift vouchers.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Damaged goods

Each Fenton & Fenton piece is carefully quality controlled and checked for any faults before dispatch. However in the instance that a piece is deemed faulty, we are able to remedy the issue by offering a refund, replacement or in some instances, a partial credit.

To initiate a refund, contact us on 1800 433 686 or within 48 hours of delivery, with images and details of the damage.

Our customer care team will assess the faulty or damaged piece and organise for a suitable course of action (refund, replacement or partial credit) in conjunction with the wishes of the client.


In addtion to our rigorous quality control, all products are covered by a 12-month warranty, which is in line with consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In some instances, the warranty period may be longer and this information will be noted on relevant products.

Sales & Promotions

Very occasionally we may extend a promotion or sale to our customers. Sale prices are strictly applicable to new orders and new invoices only, between the advertised sale date. Sales will always exclude existing pre-orders, lay-by orders and previous purchases.
