Skógafoss (pronounced [ˈskou.aˌfɔs])
A waterfall I have longed to travel to in the South of Iceland. A blanket of mist edged between mossy green cliffs, the rivers last performance before meeting the sea. I imagined it to be aged, damp, mystical, like a page from a Tolkien novel. Beauty that simply transfixes your every gaze, capturing you in a sirens trance whilst the icelandic trolls play tricks on you. This piece is the dream weaving tale of my imaginative journey to Skógafoss Iceland.
