"Tropicana" Jessie Breakwell (SOLD)

We are super excited to be representing another talented local artist this year. Introducing Jessie Breakwell to fenton&fenton! "Tropicana" (pictured above) will be gracing our walls very shortly. We had "Water Mellon" (pictured below) in our front window for only a few days before it sold!

It's that time again where we feel the need for a new photo shoot! This year we worked with the ridiculously talented stylist Julia Green (of Greenhouse Interiors). Julia has bounds of energy and is a whirlwind of fun & creativity to work with. We felt lucky to have her on board with us again - she is a truly fabulous soul. 



It's a big job getting the store ready for the shoot and takes many days of preparation (and many weeks of sleepless nights!). Everything has to be just right - colour, texture & object combinations need to be in perfect order. 



A big apology to those who came in on the day of the photo shoot! The shop was a mix of darkness, disarray & just a little bit of divine. Most of the floor space was occupied with trial & error and the lights had to be off for the shoot. It is all back in order now & looks fantastic!

A BIG thank-you to all that were involved! It was a great day & everything went amazing. We can't wait to see the final shots & share them all with you in the coming weeks.

Albiet a little less hairy and a little more shiny, we have our very own Lassie dog here at fenton&fenton! (Cooper's not at all jealous....well, maybe a little bit). Our Lassie is vintage, constructed from fibre glass and has come to us from England. We think she looks fab!

Also new in this week is this Old Indian Cabinet. It has come to us from an old hardware store in India! 



All the drawers have writing on them, possibly describing what they used to contain. The patina gives us a feeling for it's previous occupation in a hardware store. It is a great feature piece and would look great teamed with both old & new, traditional & modern, and looks great against our dark, grey wall!

We waited a very long time for these magnificent looking glasses to grace our walls with there presence and now they are nearly gone! 



They look fantastic and have come all the way from South Africa. Such a great way to add something a little bit interesting and a little bit odd to your walls. 



The convex mirror makes for an interesting reflection. See your space in a whole new light!

The Black and White Zig Zag Commode is back (and looks as great as ever!).
Another fenton&fenton exclusive beauty. LOVE! 

Designed in-house and exclusive to fenton&fenton, brand new in today, the bone inlay hexagon design! It is absolutely stunning! The commode is a timber frame, with camel bone detailing and looks fantastic with the grey resin. Pop in and see it for yourself!

New to our yarn animal family is the yarn ram! He looks uber cool & not at all sheepish. They are bound to add life to any shelf or spare spot. Numbers are limited though, so be quick if you think your home needs a yarn deer or ram. 

More of our camel bone inlay trays have just arrived! They come in a range of colours & designs. New to us is the purple colour, we love it - it looks even better in real life.
