We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant, with a flair for organisation and customer service to join our friendly team at Fenton &
Fenton in our new head office in Oakleigh South.
No two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone who loves variety, is good at getting stuff done and experienced in a range of administrative
Our interiors business is constantly growing and evolving and as a result our management team could do with an extra set of hands. Working in a team environment,
this hands-on role will typically include, but not limited to, supporting the management and marketing team in administrative tasks, supporting the
retail team in the area of customer service and logistics and keeping us organised as a business. The main aim of this role is to relieve some administrative
pressure, increase efficiency and ultimately customer satisfaction.

You are friendly, confident, passionate and savvy.
/ Greet suppliers and people visiting our head office
/ Respond to customer, supplier & general emails
/ Answer phone calls
/ Assist with administrative duties
/ Day-to-day meeting scheduling and diary management
/ Invoice processing, management and collation
/ Adhoc support to directors and management team
/ Keep the head office space clean, tidy & organised
/ Assist with travel and event arrangements
/ Assist with liaising with our portfolio of artists
/ Assist with the logistics and co-ordinating and dispatch of orders
/ The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and possess the following attributes:
/ Great organisational and time management skills
/ Strong people and interpersonal skills
/ Impeccable attention to detail
/ Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive approach
/ A demonstrated ability to multi-task and adapt to meet deadlines
/ High proficiency with Mac computer skills, including google drive, dropbox and / or other online organisational platforms
/ High proficiency with MS office products as well as apps/tools that help with efficiency, collaboration and communication
/ Strong customer service and communication skills
/ Solutions focussed
/ The ability to work within a team environment
/ Administration experience in support roles, ideally within a sales environment
/ Familiarity with common business practices
/ A willingness to tackle new challenges
