What’s your tips on styling the perfect bedroom?

Try not to be overshadowed by a on trend image and ask yourself what “look and feel” makes you happy. How would you define your interior style?

My interior style is modern and minimalistic, natural and bespoke as I prefer a few statement pieces that hold attention rather than overwhelm a space. I tend not to follow trends, as I love creating spaces that reflect individual personalities and lifestyles.

Sometimes a bedroom needs just one standout piece, what’s yours?

I am a huge fan of art in a bedroom. One piece that sets the tone for the entire space.FOLLOW YOUR H-ART! Buy pieces you love. Trust your instinct when it comes to selecting art as it really is about the connection and reaction you feel to your piece.

What’s your favourite colour palette for a bedroom?

I am drawn to soft calming blue hues, it’s an instant reminder to slow down and re charge. Subtle hints of musky pinks are also an all-time favourite also for a touch of femininity.

What’s your tips on styling the perfect bedroom?

Firstly, decide on what type of style you want in your bedroom. Create a mood board which will give you a great overall idea of how everything will work together. Also, make sure you measure everything out first - proportions are so important! A great idea is to get out the masking tape and tape things all over the floor and walls to give you a perspective of how everything will fit in.

How would you define your interior style?

Contemporary Modern Australian. I am not afraid to use colour, whether it be in art, soft furnishings or occasional chairs. I also love using natural textures and mixing up different elements of furnishings to create an interesting visual experience.

Sometimes a bedroom needs just one standout piece, what’s yours?

Art for sure! I love using bold artwork and feel like a bedroom is not fully dressed without a piece of art.

What’s your favourite colour palette for a bedroom?

I have so many, but I love to use deep blues, deep greens and small pops of dusty pinks. My neutrals are mostly fresh whites and grey in bedrooms.

What’s your tips on styling the perfect bedroom?

Invest in quality linen,not only does it look so much nicer, it also feels so much more luxurious to sleep on.A bedhead is essential - it will instantly frame the room and make it feel more inviting. To create interest, add layers by mixing different textures, fluffy scatter cushions, cozy rugs underfoot and interesting throws.

How would you define your interior style?

Individual, colourful and adventurous.

Artwork, I have a collection of pieces in our bedroom and they transport me back to special moments in my life!

What’s your favourite colour palette for a bedroom?

At the moment I am loving feminine shades of pink and coral, paired with some contrasting tones. But I love to change it up regularly which can easily be achieved with different coloured linen sheets.
