Thanks to all who joined us to celebrate the opening of Unbound, our latest exhibition by April Psonis and Krystal Bradford.
We raised a glass with Unbound Plum Spritzes - crafted by our friends at Marionette Liqueur and shared Earth & Ember focaccia bites, freshly baked by Iris the Baker and topped with whipped ricotta, zesty lemon, olive oil & smoked sea salt. A little nibble to match the mood of the night.
Unbound is showing in-store until 5 March.

Unbound Plum Spritz
• 45mL Plum by Marionette
• 60mL dry Prosecco
• 30mL soda
Serve over lots of ice and garnish with a lemon wedge.
