We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Casual Retail Consultant to be a key part of our team. In this role, you will assist in delivering exceptional customer experiences both in-store and online. You will engage with customers, provide product advice, support sales, and ensure the store is beautifully presented. Working closely with the retail and customer care teams, you will help create a seamless shopping journey, from answering enquiries to assisting with orders and styling recommendations. We have a sought after opening for a Outbound Logistics Lead. You’ll oversee outbound logistics, bookings and delivery performance, ensuring orders are prioritised and dispatched efficiently. Drive cost savings, improve processes and bring structure to carrier management and communication.

The Role You Could Play:

As the Outbound Logistics Lead you'll be working closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll coordinate order flow and priorities. This is a hands-on role, leading the function while stepping in to manage bookings during peak periods.
