Blending tactility and refined style, the hand-woven Nomad Dhurrie will elevate any room. The tonal palette, raised stripe and understated border will introduce warmth and texture to your space. Simplistic in its design, it’s a neutral piece designed to pair with both monochromatic or colourful palettes and the perfect piece for your next home journey.
All our dhurries are flat woven rugs designed in Melbourne. They are handmade on horizontal looms by skilled artisans using the finest quality Indian cotton. A flatweave dhurrie with a thin profile and no pile is perfect for those high traffic areas, like hallways and busy living areas. Our dhurries are bold, reversible and extremely durable — instantly transforming any room.
Transporting you to the free spirited Californian Coast in the 70s, our El Rancho collection has been inspired by the sun-soaked ranch properties from California to the Yucca Valley.
Curated with a sense of nostalgia, the blend of warmly hued tones, rich texture, luxe embellishments and bold shapes intend to invite year round sunshine into your space.
The designs bring to life our cultural past and connect you to the places that continue to inspire the Fenton & Fenton journey, our nomadic spirit and help you to live a life less ordinary.

All our rugs are certified by GoodWeave, which ensures no child labour is used in our production and that fair and ethical working conditions are maintained.
We recommend using an underlay for your new rug, please get in touch with our Customer Care team to enquire.
Regular Cleaning: Vacuum both sides weekly using a brushless suction attachment to prevent dirt buildup and protect the weave. Take the dhurrie outdoors and shake it to remove loose dust and debris.
Rotate Frequently: Rotate the dhurrie every few months to ensure even wear - especially important in sunny or high-traffic areas.
Spot Cleaning: Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth and some wool wash - never rub, as this can spread the stain. For mild stains, dab gently with a mixture of cold water and gentle soap.
Avoid soaking the rug.
Do not use harsh cleaners or bleach, which can strip the dhurrie’s colour.
