Artist Statement:
Lobster Linguine captures a moment of indulgence in Florence - sweet lobster, sun-ripened tomato, freshly picked basil. A quiet ode to coastal flavours enjoyed inland, in a city known for its art and its appetite. Set against soft light and rustic charm, it evokes a leisurely afternoon where time slowed and the meal became a memory: a celebration of food's power to transport, nourish, and connect us with place and pleasure.
