Fenton & Fenton accepts payment by credit card (American Express, VISA and Mastercard) or PayPal, Shop Pay and AfterPay, using the secure services of each of these service providers. All prices listed are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.  When using an American Express card for your purchase, a service charge of 1.75% will be applied in addition to the goods purchase price. American Express will be accepted in-store only.

We do not accept personal cheques. 

After you have selected the item or items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout, where you will be invited either to checkout as a guest, register your details, or log in if you have registered your details previously. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed, and you will receive an email containing your invoice and confirmation of your order. 

Many of the items available at Fenton & Fenton are handmade and may have minor imperfections, which are an unavoidable consequence of their handmade nature. After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment, we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered are available. It represents confirmation that we have received your order request. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your product(s) and send you an email confirming that your product(s) has/have been dispatched. We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order for any reason at any time, including unavailability of product, an error in the price, image or product description or an error in your order. If we cancel your order, we will contact you by email to let you know, and you will have the option of receiving a full refund or a store credit.

While Fenton & Fenton strives to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing. 

A promotional/discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and does not apply to artwork/prints, ceramics and custom upholstery.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional/discount codes are:

• only applicable to full retail price, exclude selected new arrival products and cannot be used for shipping costs; and

2. BRIGHT FRIDAY

1. Promoter. The promoter is Fentonco Pty Ltd trading as Fenton & Fenton (ABN 52 670 942 024) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Promotion period. The Bright Friday Promotion starts at 10:00am AEDT on Thursday 29 October 2026 and runs until an end date we will announce at fentonandfenton.com.au, or until stock sells out, whichever comes first (“Promotion Period”). Orders must be placed and paid for within the Promotion Period to qualify.
3. Eligibility. The promotion is available on purchases made online at fentonandfenton.com.au and in store at our Prahran Showroom during the Promotion Period.
4. Discount. Eligible products are discounted by between 10% and 50% off the regular retail price. The discount varies by product and is shown on the relevant product page or price ticket. Not all products are discounted at 50%.
5. How the discount applies. Discounts are applied automatically and the discounted price is shown on the product page. No discount code is required. The discount applies to the product price only and does not apply to delivery, gift cards or taxes beyond GST already included in the price.
6. Exclusions. The promotion does not apply to:
       
         selected original artworks;
         selected art prints;
         gift cards and gift vouchers; and
         The Wolf Gang Fashion Capsule.
       
       Excluded products will display at their full price, with no discount shown on the product page.
7. No other offers. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotional code, voucher, loyalty reward or price-match. Where more than one offer could apply, only one offer may be used per item.
8. Prior purchases. The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before or after the Promotion Period, and price adjustments will not be given on previous purchases.
9. Stock availability. The promotion is subject to stock availability. We may limit quantities purchased per customer at our discretion.
10. Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
11. Returns and refunds. Our standard Returns Policy applies to products purchased during the promotion. Refunds will be for the discounted amount paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Misuse. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe has been placed fraudulently, by resellers, or in breach of these terms.
13. Changes. Except as set out in clause 2, we may amend, suspend or end the promotion where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it, subject to applicable law. Any change will be published at fentonandfenton.com.au and will not affect orders already confirmed.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Express shipping may automatically appear as an option at the checkout for smaller items including homewares and art less than 50x50cm in size. Express shipping is at an additional cost to the customer. Express shipping is not available for larger items, including but not limited to most furniture and larger art.
