Terms & Conditions

Fenton & Fenton accepts payment by credit card (American Express, VISA and Mastercard) or PayPal, Shop Pay, AfterPay and ZipPay, using the secure services of each of these service providers. All prices listed are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.  When using an American Express card for your purchase, a service charge of 1.75% will be applied in addition to the goods purchase price. American Express will be accepted in-store only.

We do not accept personal cheques. 

After you have selected the item or items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout, where you will be invited either to checkout as a guest, register your details, or log in if you have registered your details previously. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed, and you will receive an email containing your invoice and confirmation of your order. 

Many of the items available at Fenton & Fenton are handmade and may have minor imperfections, which are an unavoidable consequence of their handmade nature. Neither Fenton & Fenton, nor its officers, employees, agents, or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or the loss of data or information. Fenton & Fenton reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out herein without notice. 

After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment, we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered are available. It represents confirmation that we have received your order request. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your product(s) and send you an email confirming that your product(s) has/have been dispatched. We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order for any reason at any time, including unavailability of product, an error in the price, image or product description or an error in your order. If we cancel your order, we will contact you by email to let you know, and you will have the option of receiving a full refund or a store credit.

While Fenton & Fenton strives to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing. 

Promotions/Discount Codes

A promotional/discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and does not apply to artwork/prints, ceramics and custom upholstery.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional/discount codes are:

• only applicable to full retail price, exclude selected new arrival products and cannot be used for shipping costs; and
• only available for online purchases; and
• valid for limited time only.

Fenton & Fenton reserves the right to verify any order and may, at its sole discretion, cancel orders where a promotional/discount code has been applied in contravention of these terms and conditions.

Online Warehouse Sale 2026

By shopping the Fenton & Fenton Online Warehouse Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Sale Items
The Online Warehouse Sale includes a curated selection of ex-display, archive, discontinued and last chance pieces.

Many items are limited in quantity and available only while stocks last.

Sale
All Online Warehouse Sale purchases are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind on sale items.

Product Condition
Warehouse Sale items may include:
• ex-display pieces
• discontinued or archive stock
• end-of-line itemsSome products may show minor imperfections, marks or wear, particularly ex-display pieces. Where possible, this will be noted on the product page, but some minor imperfections may not be visible in photography.Items may not be supplied in original packaging.

Availability
All products are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Due to the high volume nature of the sale, some items may sell out quickly and stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.If an item you purchase becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you and provide a refund for that item.

Pricing
Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the Online Warehouse Sale or until sold out. Prices cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the sale period.No additional discounts, promotional codes or offers may be used in conjunction with Online Warehouse Sale pricing unless expressly stated.

Holds
We are unable to place items on hold, reserve stock, or extend sale pricing beyond the advertised period.

Delivery
Delivery charges will apply at checkout. Shipping timelines will be 7-10 business days and may be extended during the sale period due to increased order volumes.

Click & Collect
If Click & Collect is selected, customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Orders must be collected before 17 April, 2026 from:76 Carroll Rd, Oakleigh South | Weekdays, 8am–2pmNo collections from this address after this date due to warehouse move.

Ex-Display / Floor Stock
Ex-display or floor stock items may have minor imperfections from showroom use and may not arrive in original packaging. These items are priced accordingly and sold as is.

Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes, combine orders, update items, or amend delivery details due to fast order processing during sale period.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may automatically appear as an option at the checkout for smaller items including homewares and art less than 50x50cm in size. Express shipping is at an additional cost to the customer. Express shipping is not available for larger items, including but not limited to most furniture and larger art.

Managing fulfilment of past Fenton & Fenton Orders & Gift Vouchers

Will Fenton & Fenton fulfil current orders?

The new owners of the business are committed to supporting current Fenton & Fenton customers, with orders fulfilled where possible and gift cards honoured with some conditions.

These orders may incur costs to cover fulfilment & shipping. Every effort is being made to keep these costs to a minimum and will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Will Fenton & Fenton gift cards be honoured?

Gift cards will be honoured with some conditions in accordance with regulations. This may include a requirement to spend the equivalent of the gift card.
