City Living
A sophisticated fit-out of an apartment with panoramic city views overlooking the Botanical Gardens, designed by SJB Architects.
We introduced a colourful yet considered palette throughout the 3-bedroom residence. Being a newly developed project, we had the luxury of working with a blank canvas, incorporating foundation pieces as well as inspirational ones to create unique spaces.
Considering the form and function of each space, textures and layers were introduced through velvets, wools, marble and Mr. Fenton silk carpets. Artworks from renowned Australian artists, Megan Weston and Jasmine Mansbridge injected personality and vibrancy to the home.
Fenton & Fenton also fitted out the communal facilities of the building, known as the Kings Club, located on level 5.
