Is The Outlet different from your annual Warehouse Sale?
Yes! Our annual Warehouse Sale is our major once-a-year event. The Outlet is a new concept from Fenton & Fenton and Berkowitz, bringing together samples, ex-floor pieces, end-of-lines and one-offs from both brands at heavily reduced Outlet prices.
Smaller in scale than our Warehouse Sale, The Outlet will pop up periodically at our Dandenong South location, with a fresh mix of finds each time.
What kind of items will be available?
Samples, ex-floor stock, end of lines, imperfect pieces, vintage finds and one-off treasures across furniture, outdoor, homewares, tabletop & artwork.
Will stock be restocked?
We’ll have plenty of stock available across both days, with a small amount of additional stock added for Saturday. However, quantities are limited and most pieces are one-offs, samples or end-of-lines.
Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Can I shop online?
No! The Warehouse Sale is an in-person only event at 359 Frankston-Dandenong Rd, Dandenong South.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard & Afterpay for Fenton & Fenton. Visa & Mastercard for Berkowitz.
Will delivery be available?
Yes, we offer a range of delivery options that will be calculated at checkout. You can also pick up and take home your items on the day (if they fit in your car).
Delivery costs are: $90 one person delivery $175 two person delivery 50km from Metro Melbourne.
For any regional or interstate deliveries, we will quote shipping on the day.
Can I use credit notes or gift vouchers?
Fenton & Fenton or Berkowitz gift vouchers or store credits cannot be redeemed at the sale.
Can I return my purchases?
All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds.

There is plenty of parking onsite and some nearby parking as well. Please see our map here.
Will styling advice be available?
Yes! Our talented team will be on hand to offer styling guidance, answer questions and help you make confident decorating decisions.
