UNBOUND EXHIBITION
AN EXHIBITION BY
APRIL PSONIS & KRYSTAL BRADFORD
Unbound brings together the works of April Psonis and Krystal Bradford in a powerful exploration of strength, softness, and selfhood. Through painting, drawing and mixed media, the exhibition examines what it means to exist beyond expectation, beyond structure, stereotype, and limitation.
Across the gallery, themes of femininity, resilience and emotional freedom unfold. Psonis presents unapologetic figures that embody inner power and presence, while Bradford’s instinctive forms trace memory, loss and lived experience through shape and colour.
Together, their works speak to freedom of identity and expression, where strength is fluid, vulnerability is honoured, and becoming remains open-ended. Unbound is an invitation to witness power in all its forms.
Exhibition runs: 5 February – 5 March

UNBOUND ARTISTS
APRIL PSONIS
April Psonis creates mixed media works that celebrate the female form in all its power, complexity and presence. Working with acrylic, pencil and gesso, her practice explores the balance between softness and strength, femininity and masculinity.
Her figures stand bold and unapologetic, challenging traditional ideas of beauty and identity. Each work carries a quiet intensity, honouring resilience, stillness and inner authority.
KRYSTAL BRADFORD
Krystal Bradford’s practice is rooted in earthy palettes and instinctive mark-making, working across drawing, textiles and mixed media. Her emotive forms act as vessels for memory, connection and reflection, shaped by personal experience and the rhythms of everyday life.
Navigating the space between softness and strength, stillness and movement, her works feel lived-with rather than observed, holding space for vulnerability, resilience and change.
Together, their works speak to freedom of identity and expression, where strength is fluid, vulnerability is honoured, and becoming remains open-ended. Unbound is an invitation to witness power in all its forms.
