INGREDIENTS
- One sugar cube
- Angostura bitters
- Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
- Lemon or orange twist for garnish
METHOD
1. Soak – the sugar cube in Angostura bitters and drop into a Fenton & Fenton champagne flute.
2. Top – with your favourite bubbles.
3. Garnish – Garnish with a lemon or orange twist. Saluti!
