The fun cocktail loving crew at Saint Felix Distillery recently treated our team and friends of the brand to a tailor made cocktail to honour our collaboration with Antipodean, at our Wabi Sabi launch event.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Saint Felix Yuzu & Green Tea Spirit
25ml Fresh lime & lemon juice
20ml Citrus cordial (made with the spend citrus husks and equal parts sugar & water )
2 Large Purple Shisho Leaves
Lots of Ice
Edible flower as garnish (optional)
METHOD
1. Starting with the ice and shiso leaf, layer the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
2. Shake it up and double strain into our Wabi Sabi Coupes
3. Garnish with an edible flower and enjoy
Note: Saint Felix infused the Yuzu & Green Tea spirit with purple Shiso to create this pink / purple colour
