What kind of items will be available?
Samples, ex-display furniture, archive designs, imperfect pieces, vintage finds and one-off treasures across furniture, outdoor, homewares, tabletop & artwork.

Will stock be restocked?
Yes, limited replenishment will occur daily, however many items are one-off pieces or available in very small quantities.

Can I shop online?
No! The Warehouse Sale is an in-person only event at 6-8 Eskay Road, Oakleigh South.

What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay

Will delivery be available?
Yes, we offer a range of delivery options that will be calculated at checkout. You can also pick up and take home your items on the day (if they fit in your car).

Can I use credit notes or gift vouchers?
Fenton & Fenton gift vouchers or store credits cannot be redeemed at the sale.

Can I return my purchases?
All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds.

Where should I park?
Parking is limited on Eskay Road. We recommend using surrounding streets including Centre Road and Jacks Road, as shown on the map here.

Additional parking is available throughout the nearby industrial area. Please allow extra time and be prepared to walk a short distance. We promise it’s worth it!

Yes! Our talented team will be on hand to offer styling guidance, answer questions and help you make confident decorating decisions.
